Pilates for Hypermobility

Pilates for Hypermobility is a four week course facilitated by Aisling Heavey. It starts on Wednesday the 4th of August and runs until the 25th. Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6.00 pm – 6.45 pm. A fee of €70 will cover all four classes. Please contact Aisling to book your place.

These classes are designed specifically for people with hypermobility spectrum disorders or hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Aisling has an interest in this area and has completed some extra training through her Pilates and physiotherapy practice, so the classes will be mindful of any issues you may have such as dysautonomia or fatigue. The classes may work better for you if you have a one-to-one Pilates or physiotherapy consultation with Aisling before commencing them, so that she is aware of your specific medical history and injuries/pain. Please discuss with Aisling before booking if you would like to know more.
