Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation, and mantra chanting to awaken the dormant energy, known as Kundalini. In a typical session, you can expect to engage in specific breath exercises to balance your energy, follow structured sequences of postures and movements (kriyas) aimed at promoting physical and emotional well-being, and participate in meditation to enhance focus and inner peace. Kundalini Yoga offers a comprehensive approach to wellness, inviting practitioners of all levels to explore its transformative potential.
Jana’s classes are a dynamic and empowering experience, aimed at igniting your inner fire and helping you become the best version of yourself. While some sessions may be physically demanding, beginners are warmly welcomed to participate with an open mind, embarking on a transformative journey within themselves.
