Flow To Grow Yoga is facilitated by Niamh Doran. Classes will take place on Wednesdays, from 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm. There is a fee of €15 per class or you can purchase a multi-class pass through the booking link below.
New Year, Fresh Beginnings! From January 3rd, kick off the upcoming year on a positive note with some Gentle Yoga Flow classes designed to offer a calming experience. These classes blend gentle vinyasa movements with restorative yoga poses, a practice centred on intention, mindful breathing, and finding that little bit of peace in the midst of life’s hustle and bustle. These classes will empower you to embrace the changes in your life with grace and resilience. Find your true balance on and off the mat. Let’s dedicate this January to nurturing both our bodies and minds.
Niamh Doran Bio
Niamh is a passionate yoga instructor committed to helping students unlock their true potential through yoga. She has a profound appreciation for the mind-body connection and strives to create a warm welcoming environment where people can journey inwards towards physical and mental well-being. Niamh’s teaching style draws from various yoga styles, placing emphasis on breath awareness, alignment, mindful movement and flow. By offering compassionate guidance, she aims to empower yogis to embrace their unique abilities and uncover the never-ending benefits of yoga in their everyday lives, and to have a bit of fun with their practice as well.
