We spend much of our time, energy and money, in fact our lives, looking outside of ourselves for a sense of belonging. We have moments when we get a taste of what we want, feeling gratified but, being rarely satisfied, we continue to search outside of ourselves.

Over these 4 weeks we will explore together how our very human, wanting mind is at its core a wholesome longing to belong.

Through heart-centred mindfulness practices, we will have an opportunity to get in touch with our innate wisdom, drawing us to dwell in the welcoming and safe home which resides within each one of us.

Eilis Cullen, MIAHIP, MEAP, has been practising meditation for over 25 years and values the experience and benefits of a daily practice in both her personal and professional life. An experienced Psychotherapist, she increasingly found value in integrating mindfulness into her work and so began studying mindfulness-based approaches at the Centre for Mindfulness, Research and Practice (CMRP), Bangor University, Wales. She completed the Teacher Training and Certification with the Centre for Mindfulness (CFM), University of Massachusetts Medical School.
