Mindfulness Classes
Oscailt offers a wide variety of Mindfulness courses, workshops and retreats. These events are listed on this page but you’d like more detailed information you can visit our Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Section.
Morning Sit - Weekdays
We host regular mindfulness sessions each weekday morning. Our Morning Sit is a silent meditation session from 9am until 10am, (suggested donation €5, no booking required).
Body and Movement Classes
Oscailt hosts a community of experts who help with body movement, posture, flexibility, alignment, balance, core strength and wellbeing. They help us to move fully into inhabiting our bodies.
Mondays
1.00 – 2.30pm: Tai Chi & Qi Gong with Grandmaster Sam Lee
6.00pm – 7.15pm: Gentle Yoga Class with John McGuire
Tuesdays
10.20am – 11.20am: Mindful Yoga with Tara Neary
11.30am – 12.20pm: Hatha Yoga 1 – For Beginners with Tara Neary
Wednesdays
6pm – 7pm: Yoga with Anthony Kearney
6.00 – 7.30pm: Tai Chi with Grandmaster Sam Lee
7.30 – 9.00pm: Qi Gong with Grandmaster Sam Lee
