Our mission at Oscailt, (which means opening in Gaelic), is to create a space in the community that helps people open up to their innate capacity to enhance, maintain and restore their health and well-being. When mind and body are in harmony, there is the capacity for our natural energy, vitality and creativity to manifest, allowing us to embrace life with greater engagement, spontaneity and aliveness. At the heart of Dublin City, we aim to create an oasis, a centre that supports a wide-range of clients in enhancing their lives and supporting a healthy, sustainable work-life balance.
